Specialist. In addition, Mr. Skipworth is
experienced in business matters from a transactional perspective,
handling the sale or purchase of businesses and real estate.
He prepares contracts, leases, wills, and handles probate
issues.

Fees
Mr. Skipworth has a
variety of fee arrangements for clients on legal
matters. Depending on the case, a contingency may be
appropriate. In other circumstances, an hourly rate may be
necessary. Sometimes there may be a combination of both types of
fees. Whatever the fee arrangement, Mr.
Skipworth tries to be fair with you and achieve the
best results for the most reasonable price.
For mediation services,
Mr. Skipworth charges $400 per half-day per
party. Half day or full day mediations are
available.
